I feel I must write to you regarding our recent move from Exeter to Driffield.
The whole move was excellent, from start to finish, with no breakages or problems of any kind.
In the two guys that carried out our move, Paul & Stewart, you have two excellent operators. They were most helpful and courteous and certainly knew what they were doing. On top of that they came across as two likeable characters and certainly helped to take some of the stress out of our move.

Having moved residence approximately 20 times in 44 years, both in the United Kingdom, Middle East and United States of America, we believe we can write with some authority as to the experiences in dealing with removal companies.
On moving homes, it has been our practice to obtain three separate quotations in order to assess the company which best meets our needs.
On this last occasion, your Sales Manager, Steve Coram conducted the survey in an extremely pleasant, polite and professional manner. In short he was far superior to the other two gentlemen who gave quotations. It was his manner which gave us confidence in what can be a stressful time.
The two men who actually loaded and unloaded our effects, Martin & Laurent, were not only two pleasant and helpful people, but also extremely energetic and worked well together as a team.

My wife and I would like to thank you and the men that moved our furniture from Tedburn St Mary to Witheridge, Tiverton.
When the removal men arrived in their vehicle, the foreman assessed what had to be moved, and after instructing his men as to which room and what order it had to be loaded in, they then proceeded to carry through his instructions.
Everything that they did was carried out with great care, no fuss, nothing was too much trouble for them. Every piece of expensive furniture was protected with either blankets or padded quilts and placed in the vehicle with great care and securely tied down to prevent any movement.
We were very impressed with the men. We had never seen men work with such dedication as they did , they obviously took a pride in their work. Credit must also be given to your company for the training given to the men.

Just a note to say thank you to all the men who moved us. Despite the packing not being completely done by us and the dismantling of the two large wardrobes, we never heard any complaints (I would have moaned).
